 Preparing for Your Visit

As a courtesy to other patients, and to help keep the doctor on schedule, please: 

• Be familiar with your medical history and the names and doses of medications
  you are taking, and bring those medications to your visit with you.
• Inform us if other doctors you are seeing change or add to your medications.
• Call if you can’t make your appointment. On most days our schedule is
  completely full. Notifying our staff ahead of time allows us to fill your appointment slot with another patient seeking care that day.
