[S]cheduling Your Appointment
If you are interested in becoming a patient at ResponsicareSM, we recommend that you contact our office before you need to see a medical provider for treatment. All new patients will enter demographic and medical history information in our very user-friendly PhreesiaTM system in lieu of written paperwork. This technically-advanced registration system utilizes a wireless tablet PC system that also interfaces with many insurance companies to allow us to verify insurance coverage, benefits, and other information. This can be accomplished, along with signing a release for us to obtain records from your previous doctor(s) or other medical providers any time during office hours without an appointment.Once you have provided the information collected by the PhreesiaTM system and we have received your medical records from your previous provider, we will be able to set up a new patient physical examination for you. We request that all patients due for their yearly physical/health maintenence exam do so shortly after becoming established as a patient. This allows our office to collect a more detailed medical history, perform a more thorough examination, and help identify early or hidden problems that could become more serious if left untreated.
