ResponsiCareSM accepts most major commercial insurances, Medicare, and a limited amount of Medicaid. As a courtesy, we bill your insurance company for services performed at our clinic or in the hospital. In order to assist us in assuring smooth payments of claims please :

• Advise our staff of any changes in your insurance coverage
• Advise our staff of any changes in your name, address, or phone number
• Remember that co-payments are due at the time of your visit
• Contact our staff, if necessary, to set up payment arrangements for any outstanding balances
