[P]atient Check-In with Phreesia^TM

ResponsiCare is proud to be partnered with Phreesia™ to provide an easy-to-use, paperless way for new patients to register and provide their medical history and insurance information. Phreesia™ also allows us to streamline sign-in for established patients by collecting information about the reason for their visit before they see a doctor or nurse.

The first time a patient uses the Phreesia™, they will be required to complete an in-depth "interview" which will collect information regarding their medical history and the reason for that day's visit as well as allowing patients to electronically view and sign the office policies.

After the initial interview, patients will only be required to provide information about their reason for that day's visit and will be able to update any medical or insurance information if it has changed, as well as sign any updated policies.

Phreesia™ greatly assists our office staff by automatically verifying eligibility and benefits from the patient's insurance carrier. It also expedites the actual visit by collecting information about the patient's symptoms prior to seeing a nurse or medical provider.
