ResponsiCare^SM is dedicated to providing you and your family with courteous, competent and compassionate care. With that goal in mind, we have assembled a group of individuals and vendors that work diligently to provide our patients with an experience that has come to exemplify our “Responsible Medicine" philosphy based on a high-tech, high touch approach to managing your healthcare needs and helping to prevent illness and chronic diseases. Here is a partial listing of our very dedicated team members:

Practice Administrator Melody Arnold, LPN marnold@responsicare.com

Responsiblities: Melody provides the general oversight for the day-to-day operations

of ResponsiCare Decatur Southwest Clinic. She is also responsible for human resources,

purchasing, and provides clinical oversight activities for Nursing and laboratory

operations.

Nurse-Practitioner Melissa Ward, DNP,CRNP mward@responsicare.com

Responsibilities: Under direct physician supervision, Melissa provides primary care

services to ResponsiCare's patients. She works clinically independently, but within

a formal collaborative arrangement with Dr. Anderson and the state medical board.

CSR/Appointments Jessica Copeland jcopeland@responicare.com

Jessica is one of the first people that our patients interface with. She is resposible,

primarily, for managing the front office, patient scheduling and assisting with referrals,

although she is also a capable medical assistant and certified phlebotomist.

Referral Coordinator/CSR Sandy Tebben stebben@responsicare.com

Sandy is also one of the first people our patients interface with. In addition to scheduling,

she also serves as our primary referral coordinator, helping to ensure that your referrals

to our specialist colleagues and other ancillary providers are accurately and efficiently

performed.

Medical Assistant Kathryn Dressler kdressler@responsicare.com

Kate is responsible for obtaining patient medical historical information, making initial

clinical assessments, and assisting our providers in carrying out plans of care. She is

also responsible for patient messaging, and interfacing with local allied health providers

such as Pharmacists, home health agencies, and other entities.

Nursing Cyndy Childers cchilders@responsicare.com

Cyndy is responsible for obtaining patient medical historical information, triage, making initial and

advanced clinical assessments, and assisting our providers in carrying out plans of care. She is

also responsible for patient messaging, and interfacing with local allied health providers

such as Pharmacists, home health agencies, and other entities.

IT John Fleischauer jfleischauer@responsicare.com

John started out as a part-time employee whose talent was definetely untapped when we

hired him. He now serves as our primary Information Technology consultant managing our

server and computer network while simultaneously controlling the world from his i-Phone.

Seriously. John can alert us to problems with our server from the comfort of his own home

(or Europe, for that matter).
